What Are Legal Maxims?

Legal maxims are established principles of law that are universally admitted, and people in the legal field are very well aware of these words. They are mostly Latin words or a combination of a few words.

These legal Maxims play important role in court proceedings and legal paperwork. Meanings of Legal Maxims must be understood by law students and legal experts.

Legal Maxims are very important for entrance exam preparation in India. Questions on legal maxims are asked in entrance Exams like Maharashtra LAW CET (MHLAW CET), CLAT, AILET, AP Law CET, TS LAW CET etc and during course semester exams also.
