Maharashtra Revenue Department has issued notification for recruitment of Talathi in PESA and non PESA segment. The Recruitment process will be implemented across Maharashtra and there are about 4644 vacancies / Post as per notification issued by Maharashtra government.

As per Notification issued by Maharashtra government for Talathi Bharti , online computer based exam will be conducted across Maharashtra and online exam centers will be established in 36 districts. The Online exam for Talathi Bharti is likely to be conducted in August-September of 2023 and notice of same will be published on official website. Candidates are requested to apply online for Talathi bharti before last date i.e. 17 Aug 2023. and kindly keep an eye on Official website for Exam dates and Hall ticket related instructions and information.

Educational Qualification

Maharashtra government has Invited application from qualified candidates for post of Talathi. The candidates applying for post of Talathi needs to be degree holder by recognised university or Institute as per UGC.

Bachelor Of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science or any full time Degree certificate course from UGC recognised university or Institute.

Knowledge of Marathi Language is must.
